Waste Oil Industrial Evaporator Systems

The ENCON Waste Oil Industrial Wastewater Evaporator product line ranges in capacity from 12-78 gal/hr. These evaporators are typically heated with used crankcase or machining oil and will solve your waste oil and wastewater disposal issue with almost zero operating cost!!!

Alloys of construction include: 316L Stainless, Super Stainless Alloys, and Hastelloy C to provide appropriate corrosion protection. These systems can operate in Evaporation Mode (exhausting water as clean water vapor) or by adding the condenser option, in Distillation Mode by recovering water vapor as clean distilled water.

The <ENCON Waste Oil Industrial Evaporator product line is defined by the same feature based nomenclature as our ENCON Thermal Evaporators and is referenced in the table below.

For example, the ENCON model WO3Y-26C is a Waste Oil fired, 316SS Wetted Material Construction, Auto-Fill (Y logic), 26 gallons per hour unit with condenser. The available models, features and options are detailed below:

Control Logic Y (See Note 1) - Auto Fill, on-board level probe diagnostics and modem for remote dial-in. (Standard on 10 to 26 gal/hr Waste Oil evaporators) Z (See Note 2) - Auto Fill, Auto-Dump, Auto Restart with Modem for remote dial-in. Also includes data archiving and on-board level probe diagnostics. (Standard on 44 to 88 gal/hr Waste Oil evaporators) Note 1: Z Logic is available on the 12-26 gal/hr Waste Oil units. Note 2: Auto-Dump option requires an additional residue pump, valve and level probe. Note 3: All ENCON Waste Oil Evaporators are provided with UL control panels.
