Specifications

Industrial Design

ANSI/API Centrifugal Pumps: Double mechanical seals, seal pot system for mechanical seals, open impeller for handling solids, bearing case separated from liquid end of pump, motor separated from bearing.

Electric Panels: UL/C-UL rated. SSCR rating of 65,000 amps (typical)

Mechanical Foam Breaker: Optional mechanical foam breaker can minimize or eliminate operating and defoamer costs in foaming applications.

Heat Exchangers: Plate & Frame standard, Shell & Tube available. Sized for specific application and desired end point concentration.

Measurement Sensors: Rosemount magnetic flow meters, Micro Motion Coriolis mass flow meter, Badger ultraflow meter, Rosemount RTD temperature sensors and transmitters, Rosemount pressure transmitters, Ashcroft pressure gauges, Rosemount guided wave radar level probes, Endress Hauser level switches.

Warranty: One year, parts & workmanship

Controls

Allen-Bradley: A-B Compact Logix PLC standard, A-B Panelview Plus 6 1250 12.1” touch screen standard

Fully Automated: Startup/Run, Automated percentage volume reduction/residue concentration control based on boiling point elevation, Automated clean-in-place, automated system dump, optional chemical additions (anti-scalent or anti-foam) automated for ppm control by pacing the flow to feed rate, interlocks and enable status built-in as popup screens to aid operator with troubleshooting, trend screens and data logging of process variables, alarm data logging time stamped and archived, help screens built into HMI in both operating and alarm screens, electrical schematic built into HMI screen, evaporator owner’s manual built into HMI screen.

I/O Simulation: To ensure accuracy of controls

Safety: Electrical lock out – tag out on skid, lockable low point drains, work platforms with OSHA compliant railings and ladders, pneumatic system depressurizes and is lockable, E-stops located at all work stations.
