Pilot Units for Field Testing

Before committing to a full-scale system, ENCON's pilot unit program allows you to validate evaporation as a solution at your specific facility — using your actual wastewater. Pilot units are available across the same product lines as our rental fleet and can be deployed on-site to generate real-world performance data.

All pilot units feature the same process equipment, construction materials, automation, and controls as our full-scale purchased systems — so field performance translates directly to what you can expect from a permanent installation.

ENCON Thermal Evaporators are our most versatile rental units, available in a wide range of capacities. Direct-fired with natural gas or propane, these units are well-suited for facilities with existing gas infrastructure and a broad range of wastewater volumes and chemistries.

ENCON Drum Evaporators are compact, electrically heated units designed for smaller wastewater volumes. With two units available — including one model equipped with an integrated condenser — these are ideal for facilities with limited space, lower flow rates, or as a complement to a larger treatment system.

The ENCON Vacuum Heat Pump Evaporator is an energy-efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible alternative to traditional wastewater treatment or disposal methods. It converts contaminated wastewater to clean condensate and is five times more energy-efficient than conventional electric resistance evaporators.
