ENCON Evaporators designs, fabricates, sells, and supports the ENCON Wastewater Evaporator product line. We also have a charter as part of our company philosophy to expand our wastewater system offerings and to continually improve our legacy wastewater treatment products. To accomplish this we have a dedicated team of Engineers and Mechanical Designers committed to ongoing design improvements and new product development.

ENCON Evaporators has installed hundreds of wastewater evaporators throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. See our company references page for a partial list of clients.

When orders for ENCON Wastewater Evaporator Systems are received, they are placed into the production schedule and are built to order. Some exceptions are the ENCON Drum Evaporator, as well as our smaller capacity (10, 18, and 28 gallons/hour) Thermal Evaporators that are heated by off spec gas, natural gas, propane, steam, oil, and electricity. The gas systems are generally fabricated 2-6 at a time and may be inventoried for quick delivery.

Our standard deliveries are 6-8 weeks for the ENCON Waste Oil and Thermal Evaporators, 3-5 weeks for the ENCON Wastewater Drum Evaporator, and 18-22 weeks for the ENCON Mechanical Vapor Compression (MVC) Evaporator. If customers come to us with more urgent needs, we have been known to deliver systems in as little as 1-2 weeks.

All ENCON Wastewater Evaporators are quality control inspected at ENCON Evaporators facility in Manchester, NH before being crated and shipped. This includes verifying that all control functions, heat supply, and ventilation systems are working properly.

ENCON Evaporators service personnel can provide evaporator installation and start-up assistance over the phone or on-site depending on the customer needs. All evaporators (except the ENCON Wastewater Drum Evaporator) have control systems that include modems or Ethernet hubs that allow remote dial-in for troubleshooting or monitoring of your system.
