Wastewater Minimization Using Evaporation
Our wastewater minimization systems are designed to dispose and recycle
waste water. The ENCON evaporation systems treat a range from two hundred to four hundred
gallons per hour. Energy sources for this wastewater treatment system
include: natural gas, propane, steam, #2 fuel oil, diesel, kerosene, waste
oil, and electricity.
Our
Wastewater Minimization System
Our wastewater recycling systems heat water to a boiling temperature
and convert that water to clean water vapor. The clean water vapor passes
through a condensor resulting in distilled water that can then be returned
to your process.
Why Consider an ENCON Evaporation System
for Waste Water Minimization?
Wastewater treatment with the ENCON Evaporator or ENCON Distillation system is an excellent solution to consider if your company
is experiencing any of the following issues:
1. Currently hauling wastewater for disposal and paying significant shipping
and treatment fees.
2. Unable to meet permissible discharge limits to the sewer, septic,
stream, or river.
3. Increasingly high water and sewer fees.
The ENCON Industrial Evaporation and Distillation
systems is an affordable and easy to operate wastewater treatment system
that can dramatically reduce your disposal volumes, eliminate the need
to discharge, and provide high quality water back into your process thereby
reducing water and sewer fees.
ENCON Evaporators designs, manufactures, distributes and
supports the ENCON Evaporator for wastewater
minimization.
