Distillation Gas/Propane/Waste Oil,
#2 Fuel Oil, Diesel and Kerosene Heated System Flow Diagram
When
activated, the burner(s) will fire into the cylindrical
combustion chamber of the heat exchanger. The hot
gases travel past the vertical tubes inside the
heat exchanger until they reach the insulated chimney
outside the evaporator tank. Once in the chimney,
the flue gases are exhausted by a draft inducer,
up a dedicated flue exhaust stack. The hot vapor
created inside the evaporator tank is drawn through
the mist eliminator, forced through a shell and
tube condesnser and is captured as high quality
water in the sump located directly below the condenser
support shelf. The dehumidified air passes through
another mist eliminator and is returned for recirculation
to the evaporator tank, completing a closed loop. |
