ENCON Evaporators Energy Conscious Innovation

ENCON Evaporators has added a waste-oil burning evaporator to their industry-leading line of industrial wastewater evaporators. The waste-oil burning evaporators are available in capacities ranging from 12 gal/hour up to 88 gal/hour. These evaporators offer the same convenience and safety features of other ENCON models, along with significantly lower operating costs.

ENCON Evaporation and Distillation systems are ideally suited for a wide range of waste streams including: spent coolants, wash waters, rinse waters, spent cleaners, phosphatizing solutions, dye penetrate solutions, tumbling and vibratory wash waters, floor scrubbing waters and much more. If your waste stream has more than 80% water it is a candidate for the ENCON system.

Operating Cost Example:

Wastewater Generated = 2,750 gallons/month
Wastewater Reduction = 98%
Residue Removal Rate = $1.00/gallon
Utility Rate = $0.10/kWh
Waste Oil Cost = FREE

Results:

Utility Cost = $8.52/month
Residue Removal Cost = $55.00/month
