ENCON Evaporator Accessories

Condensers

For "closed loop" wastewater recycling applications and zero discharge applications, ENCON offers the ENCON Distillation System in capacities ranging from 8 - 400 gal/hr. These systems are offered as a modification to our traditional evaporator line and feature implementation of a shell and tube condenser to recover clean water vapor as distilled water.

Air Fluid Coolers

To provide cooling water for ENCON Distillation Systems.

Coned Bottom Tanks

Plastic holding tanks for wastewater storage. Steel tanks for hot concentrated residue storage.

Pumps

Air diaphragm or centrifugal pumps for feeding and transferring wastewater as well as concentrated residue.

Actuated Ball Valves

Pneumatic and electrically actuated ball valves for auto feeding and dumping of evaporator systems.

Level Controls

Holding tank float switches to control on/off and pump lockout condition. Also adds extra degrees of automation to the waste water system.

Combustion Analyzers

Manual and electronic combustion analyzers to allow for proper burner tuning and efficient combustion operations.

Remote Monitoring

Remote audible and visual alarms to provide alarm notification at remote offices or buildings.
